Over 230 years ago, the Founding Fathers gathered to sign a document declaring their intent to separate from the British Crown. On July 4, 1776, the Declaration of Independence was signed. We were colonies no more. The world has never been the same.
Today, marks 1,200 days (3+ years) since I declared my independence from lust. Just like when the colonies declared their independence from England, war followed. My war has been no different. There have been victories and defeats in battle. I will fight the battle until the day I die and then I will take lust’s unconditional surrender and the victory will be final. Praise be to God, for He has won the ultimate victory for me over sin!
